Updates from the Board

August Board Meeting Highlights: Reservations for the upcoming Candidates Breakfast
are coming in quite nicely and we have over 20 candidates scheduled to speak. DEADLINE
TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL MON, AUG 11 BY NOON.
CHINO VALLEY PARADE is on SAT, AUG 30. Those who want to walk with the float should
monitor the website for updated information which will be posted as soon as we have it. We
will meet at the staging area in Chino Valley. The club will institute a new AUTOMATIC
RESERVATIONS policy. Members who want an automatic reservation will no longer have to
call in a monthly RSVP. They should let Anna or Gail know when they reserve this month and
list will go into effect in Sept. Board approved joining the Prescott Chamber of Commerce.
