EC POSITIONS AND SUMMARY OF DUTIES :

Second Vice President of Ways and Means shall:
Be primarily responsible for fundraising events to meet the budgeted goals as approved by the EC; Coordinate with the incoming elected officers, submit written suggestions for a proposed fundraising budget to the Budget Committee by November 15; Assist the First VP with the Annual Fundraising Event and coordinate the gala activities withthe Annual Fundraising Event Committee; Oversee the Merchandise Chair to ensure the inventory tracking, ordering and merchandizingis accurate. Ensure all merchandise falls within the category of red, white and/or blue and/or patriotic items in order to be in compliance with IRS guidelines; and Perform other duties as may be assigned by the President or EC.

through an informed electorate, by educating and empowering its members,
and by electing Republicans to local, state, and national offices.

3. Do you foresee any conflicts with attending a 6-7 hour monthly Executive Committee/Board of Director, and 2-hour luncheon meeting as scheduled throughout the year? *

7. The Republican Women of Prescott proudly serves the community by volunteering our time and talent for the greater good of the Republican Party. As such, we, the Executive Board, donate our efforts by paying dues, and any other expenses incurred. These include monthly luncheon costs, "Big Event" tickets, VIP Receptions, and any conventions, travel, and hotels. Also, when meetings are held at restaurants, etc. a small purchase may be required as compensation for the use of the facility. Please keep this in mind as part of your generous commitment to the Club. *
