The goal of the RWOP education program is to promote civic learning and involvement.
We have put together many resources for you to access in order to increase your knowledge and be empowered to make informed decisions about current issues, to grow in your ability to distinguish the founders’ views from misinformation, to learn how to make your voice heard, and to share your knowledge with others.

The Current Problem
The size and scope of our government makes it nearly impossible to understand and navigate; much less comply with all the laws on the books.  The work of governing has largely been delegated by Congress to administrative agencies and it has become a top down proposition; not from the people, as our founders envisioned. 

We’re living in a time when there’s a massive amount of inaccurate information.  With the speed of social media, we risk the rapid spread of this information being shared as “news”.  It’s important that we are able to separate fact from fiction.

For many of us, it’s been literally decades since we studied our founding documents, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, and many of us never learned the founding principles that support them.  These principles are as relevant today as they were then and when put in the context of today, provide invaluable guidance on how to govern to maintain a free society.   Click this link for the Free Constitution 101 class at Hillsdale College.
