Date: Saturday July 5th

Time: Parade starts at 9 am (arrival time between 7:30 am - 8 am - no later than 8 am)

Entry #59 - Republican Women of Prescott
Staging Area 9: on Pleasant St. (between Gurley and Willis)
Parade Theme: "Tipping our hats to Women in Rodeo"
Parking is at a premium - allow time to find parking & walk to the staging area
Dress in patriotic (red/white/blue) comfortable clothing and wear good walking shoes
Be prepared for heat - hats and sunscreen are suggested - RWOP will have water available
The RWOP banner will be carried in front of our entry as the official signage for our entry.
All RWOP members are invited to join our entry - limited seating available on the trailer - please let Elsie know if you need to ride

***Republican candidates are invited to walk the parade route and carry 4 yard signs (18" X 24") - No candidate banners are allowed to be carried - no candidate info or other items are allowed to be passed out along the parade route during the parade. Candidates need to RSVP to parade chair, Elsie Tyree before July 5th)

RWOP CCW CLASS DETAILS

Active Republican women have first registration priority

Cost: $185.00 per shooter (discounted rate for RWOP participants)

Note: This tuition covers instruction only. It does not include food, ammunition, or rental firearms.

Class Requirements:

Minimum Participants: 12
Maximum Participants: 24

Ammunition:

Each participant must bring or purchase 100 rounds of ammunition. Ammunition is available for purchase from Gunsite in the following calibers:

.38 Special
9mm
.40 S&W
.45 ACP

Lunch (Optional):

Lunches are available for purchase at $13.00, delivered to the classroom.
A lunch menu will be provided during final registration on the morning of the class.

Firearms:

A reliable and safe pistol or revolver that the participant can manipulate confidently and safely is required.
Rental guns are available for $35.00 – $45.00 per day and include the firearm, holster, magazines, and magazine pouches.

Required Range Gear:

Eye and ear protection (available in the Pro Shop if needed)
Ball cap
Pants with belt loops and a sturdy belt
Outside-the-waistband holster
3 magazines and/or speed loaders, along with appropriate pouches
Sturdy, closed-toe shoes or boots

Additional Provisions:

Gunsite will provide bottled water, powdered Gatorade, and water stations.
Coffee and tea will be available in the classroom during the morning session.
