2026 HOLIDAY BAZAAR VENDOR APPLICATION

This annual RWOP event is a popular shopping opportunity  for all of our members and guests! The Bazaar is held in conjunction with the December RWOP luncheon meeting. Shopping is open from 9 am until 11 am and then after the luncheon until 2 pm.

Cost per table is $ 45.00

To reserve additional tables, please complete the form multiple times.

Vendor eligibility: Booths are limited to handcrafted or mostly handmade and curated specialty items that are appropriate for holiday entertaining and gifting. Service providers and resellers of commercial or mass-produced goods are not eligible. No baked goods allowed from outside vendors.
