2026 RWOP Afternoon Tea

VENDOR APPLICATION

Saturday, May 2nd 

Noon - 4 pm

All inside spots are SOLD OUT. There are a few spots outside of the Marina building available but are weather permitting. If you are interested in this option we encourage you to join the wait list. When we get closer to the date and can “predict” the weather we will move forward with confirming reservations. Of course, you will be refunded any monies if the weather does not cooperate.  Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the event will not receive a refund.

This annual RWOP event is a popular shopping opportunity  for all of our members and guests! 

Cost per table is $ 45.00

* Hand crafted items are encouraged 

* No baked goods please

* Space is limited so sign up early

* Outdoor tables  may be available,  weather permitting

* If weather becomes a problem, a refund will be provided

* All vendor table merchandise and display materials are subject to prior review and approval by the event organizers
