SCHOOL VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
We are thankful for our members’ active participation in RWOP’s School Volunteer Program. Their increased involvement expands RWOP’s presence in educational support within our community. This program brings additional positive recognition of RWOP members exemplifying their beliefs for the benefit of others.
Through monthly emails, RWOP School Volunteers submit their actual volunteer hours, combined with the addition of their communication, preparation, and round-trip travel time. Their hours are sent to the Volunteer Hours Chair, Judy Blake, and the School Volunteer Chair, Debra McVey.
Annually, the End-of-School Year May Evaluation requests May volunteer hours and the written responses produce an important program overview. Additionally, the school volunteers’ feedback evaluates each school year’s volunteer experiences.
Our RWOP School Volunteer members demonstrate what a difference they make to support our children and strengthen our schools, as we build a stronger, more vibrant community for all of us!!
